WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at 1717 S. Decatur Blvd. inside the Fantastic Indoor Swapmeet, Booth J3  (in the back row). Due to swapmeet hours, we are open only 3 days (Friday - Sunday, 10am - 6pm). Keep in mind we can always be reached by text outside of our normal business hours at (805) 232-4159 to answer any questions you may have! We also have a second office location available by appointment during the week for curbside repair if needed. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?

This depends on a number of factors. Most cell repairs are completed within 20 - 30 minutes, while you wait! Most tablet repairs take about 1 - 2 hours. There are other shops and waiting areas located throughout the swapmeet so there is plenty to do while you wait. We try to keep most parts in stock, but some items may need to be ordered in. This generally takes a few days depending on the part; I do suggest calling or texting ahead of time to confirm wait time and part availability! Please understand wait times given are approximate, and may be increased slightly if is especially busy or if the device needs additional repair.

DO YOU USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

This is a common question, and tricky to explain. As an experienced technician with nearly 10 years of repair experience, my goal is to provide a repair that is going to last you for the life of the device. This is why we invest in higher quality replacement parts. Unless otherwise stated, you'll be receiving an OEM quality part on your device. It is of the same manufacturing standards of the original, and all our repairs are backed by my Lifetime Warranty against Defects.

I RECEIVED A BETTER PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS OR PRICE MATCHING?

Absolutely! If you are needing a break on the repair cost we provide a couple of options. Keep in mind that we try to provide the best quality parts and the lowest prices possible, so the listed price is already our fairest price. However, we do offer discounts on our Yelp page ($10 for $20) and ($5 check-in deal). We do also price match (and beat) competitor pricing if you are having trouble choosing between us and another shop. We are happy to price match as long as the price is posted officially on their website, is not a special or promotional deal, and the part is of the same quality as ours. Call or Text for details!

I GOT MY DEVICE FIXED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IT STARTED FALLING APART AFTER A WEEK! THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME AS THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRED. DO YOU PROVIDE A SOLID WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIRS?

My main goal in starting this business was, and always has been, to help people. Customer satisfaction has always been my main priority and if you ever have any issues with the repair afterwards I will always make things right! All my repairs come backed by a LIFETIME Warranty against Defects. The device is fully tested before it is given back, however on rare occasion it may start to act strange or need a quick touch-up. I will always take it in and get it fixed for you, at no cost, as long as there is no physical damage.

I WORK LONG HOURS, AND AM UNABLE TO COME IN DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. DO YOU OFFER ANY SORT OF MOBILE REPAIR OUTSIDE OF REGULAR HOURS?

As much as I would love to help outside of normal business hours, I do not currently offer a mobile service. All replacement parts and tools stay at the shop while it is closed.
